We are very excited for this year's program because we are introducing new projects.
We will also include field trips to the Gerald R Ford presidential museum, a music studio in Grand Rapids, and other events.
The summer program will be held at Dickinson Academy, close to Hall and Dickinson road. This is a few minutes from Burton Middle School. Students who are interested in signing up can do so at www.summerlearningGR.org
We hope to see you very soon! If you have any questions please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our math and vocal wiz is Brysien Beer. Brysien is an experienced math and vocal teacher who has been with the program for a number of years. He is also a vocal performer who has the knowledge and experience to teach choral music, jazz, and classical singing technique. Brysien will be the director of the show at the end of the program.
Brandon Copeland is a new staff member who is well-known on the Grand Rapids hip-hop music scene. DJ Cope has released albums, coordinated collaborations with the city's artists, and often tours performing in Detroit, Chicago, and New York city. Brandon will be instructing students on how to write your own songs, as well as music production. He will be leading our tours to local studios to give students the experience of creating their own music from scratch.
